What is Scenario Studio?
A suite of professional-grade modelling tools which include scenario simulator, calculators, and Goal Tracker.
Who is Scenario Studio designed for?
Our platform is designed for two main audiences: (1) Self-directed analysis via our professional-grade simulator ; (2) Individuals who wishes to manage goals, surface funding gaps, and monitor progress; (3) Enterprises and teams who need professional client-ready tools for client presentations. Our platform is designed for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute regulated financial advice, nor is it a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified financial advisor.
Do I need financial expertise to use this platform?
Not at all! While our tools are professional-grade, they're designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. Yet, sophisticated enough for experienced financial advisors to use with their clients.

How does the Scenario Simulator work?
The Scenario Simulator allows you to create and compare more than 10 different financial scenarios side-by-side and unlimited "what-if" strategies and permutations. It is a workspace that provides detailed analytics and compare outcomes such as cash flow impact, opportunity cost and, breakeven.
What makes the Goals Hub different from basic goal tracking?
Our Goal Tracker uses cloud CMS storage, which means your goals are persistently stored and synchronized across all your devices. You can track up to 10 goals, link and track funding accounts, schedule contributions, and monitor progress, milestones and funding gaps in addition to prioritizing your goals.
Can I share the scenario results?
After you are done with the scenario modelling, you may run report in 1-click, or refresh report for any change to the assumptions, and generate summaries. We're actively working on PDF export.
How different is the demo platform from the full version?
It is a sandbox version of our full features platform which allows you to explore the features without creating an account or signing a plan. The full version requires secure sign-in, has full features and the goal hub allows up to 10 goals and accounts to be created.
Is the platform giving me financial advice?
No, the platform is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice.

What are the plan options?
•Builder includes full suite of modelling tools and goal tracker. •Elite is only by invitation. •Advisor Mode: full feature set with GMW branding removed for client-facing use.
Can I subscribe to Goal Tracker without the Modelling Suite?
No. Goal Tracker is available together with the Modelling Suite.
Is Team Mode white-label?
It is not a full custom/white-label build although Scenario Studio branding and contact are removed. If you are a team, group or firm who wishes to sign up for a white-labelled solution, please drop us a line via our contact form.
Can multiple people use one account?
Plans are designed for single users. For teams or firm-wide use, please contact us. Sharing login credentials violates our terms of service and creates security risks.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not a time-limited trial—but you can try the simulator free with limited capabilities to get the feel of the tools. Explore the simulator to see how results work. Saving/loading, Goals Hub sync, multi-scenario comparison and summary report are only available on full version.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings under 'My Subscription' or drop us a message via our Contact Form. There's no cancellation fee. You'll retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, we don't offer subscription pausing. You can cancel and resubscribe later, but you'll lose access during the gap and may lose some historical data depending on how long you're unsubscribed.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help.
Do you store my credit card details?
No. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
•Scenario Simulator: in your own browser storage. •Goal Hub: in our CMS (cloud) for reliability and multi-device access.
Can I link or connect to my bank or investment accounts?
No, the platform is designed not to connect directly to your bank or investment accounts, to: •Protect your privacy - we never ask for online banking logins or access. •Prevent data breach - no sensitive data is saved in the platform.
Why does Goal Tracker use cloud storage?
Tracker needs durable data. Cloud storage prevents loss from browser cache clears, device resets, or private-mode sessions. Keep progress over time (milestones, contributions, gaps) without risking wipeouts. As we believe in privacy by design, it only stores goal data (no sensitive personal info), and you have full delete control at any time.
Do you collect personal data for any of the tools?
No personal details are required. •Scenario Simulator: Inputs are stored on your device (browser storage). We do not receive or store these modelling inputs on our servers. •Goal Tracker (cloud-sync): Stores goal/account figures in our Wix-hosted CMS so you can access across devices. No bank logins are collected. You can delete your data anytime. If you submit the Contact Us form, we’ll collect your name/email solely to respond to your enquiry.
Do you sell my data to third parties?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide you with the Grow My Wealth service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our platform, but this data cannot be traced back to you.
Can I delete my data used in the Scenario Simulator and Goal Tracker?
Yes—clear local browser for calculators/simulator, and delete Goal Tracker data from within your account.
What happens if I clear my browser cache?
Locally stored simulator data will be removed (Goal Tracker data is unaffected).
What happens to my data after I cancel my subscription?
After cancellation, your account data will be permanently deleted from our systems (except for billing records required for tax/legal purposes) within 14 days. You can reactivate your account within 14 days and retain all your data.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, absolutely. You can delete your account by dropping us an email. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. We may retain anonymized usage statistics for platform improvement, but nothing that can identify you.

Scenario Studio works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.
Currently, Scenario Studio is a web-based platform that works great on browser. We are actively working on making the platform fully responsive and works on tablets and mobile devices.

You’ll need internet to load and use the platform. However, simulator computes in-browser and your modelling inputs are stored on your device (browser storage). Goal Tracker requires internet for cloud sync.
